Preferences
Theme, motion and navigation preferences may be saved in local browser storage. Clearing site data removes these preferences and locally stored recordings.

An enquiry prepares an email draft. You decide whether to send it from your email app. Ask the team about the handling of any information you choose to share.
Future services
Account storage, AI processing, retention periods and provider handling must be described before those services launch.
Questions about your Dime
Talk to a person.
Ask us about recording, permissions or a proposed project. A clear answer should come before a decision.
Ask Dime feedback.
Search runs against the DimeLabs guide in your browser. If you choose a thumbs-up or thumbs-down, we save the vote, question, displayed answer, source, page and date for answer-quality review in our private admin. Do not include sensitive personal information. Microphone input uses your browser’s speech service where available; audio is not included in feedback. Contact info@dimelabs.ai with feedback or deletion requests.
